Growing to Love Christ

Sunday School

Bible Basics, the Sunday School class for children in kindergarten through 5th grade, meets in Room 106 from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. The purpose of the class is to plant seeds of faith, help children learn to become comfortable using the Bible, and apply what they have learned to their life.
Note: Parents are invited to have coffee and fellowship in the Pastor’s Study during this time.

Other faith opportunities for children

In addition to Sunday School classes, an ever-growing number of children continue to visit our church, come to know Christ, and grow in their faith through fun and life-changing experiences.

  • Children’s Sharing Time: During the 10:45 AM service, the children are invited to the altar for a faith-based teaching moment with the pastor that correlates to the morning message.
  • Children’s Church: Immediately following their sharing time during the 10:45 AM service, the children leave the sanctuary and spend the remainder of the worship time participating in Bible lessons, crafts, games, or mission projects in one of the Sunday School classrooms. Children remain in the classroom until picked up by their parents or guardians after the service.
  • Kidz Connection: Wednesday evenings, all children from Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to join us for Kidz Connection from 6:00 to 7:15 PM in the Family Life Center. Dinner is served, followed by Bible studies, music, crafts, and mission projects. (While the children are participating in their activities, parents are invited to join Parentz Connection.)
